17 May 2025 – Tanjung Bruas Port (“TBP”) recently organised an engaging two-day team-building programme at Amverton Heritage Resort, Ayer Keroh, offering staff a refreshing break from their daily routine. The event aimed to strengthen teamwork, enhance communication and foster stronger connections among colleagues in a relaxed setting.
The programme began with a town hall session led by TBP Management followed by Johor Port Berhad (JPB) Human Resources team, headed by Tuan Haji Hermee Tahir. The session served as an open platform for updates, idea sharing and dialogue between Management and staff.
The remainder of the programme was filled with exciting outdoor and indoor activities that encouraged teamwork, trust and lots of laughter. From group challenges to friendly games, these activities helped staff build stronger relationships while enjoying a well-deserved break.
This energising team-building experience was not only enjoyable but also reinforced TBP’s spirit of unity and collaboration as the organisation continues moving forward and growing.
